Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This role involves delivering intensive clinical therapeutic services tailored to individuals with diagnosed mental health or substance abuse issues, spanning children, adolescents, and adults. The focus is on addressing specific mental health needs through outpatient therapy, utilizing client-centered and family-centered approaches with time-limited, goal-specific interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments with clients and families, continually assessing needs and service appropriateness.

Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance optimal functioning, conducting individual and family sessions.

Verify client insurance weekly for coverage and proper billing.

Attend scheduled clinical supervision trainings and participate in case consultations with the Clinical Director.

Manage all clinical and clerical aspects of electronic health records, ensuring accurate documentation.

Collaborate with the treatment team and families to meet established goals.

Offer clinical supervision to staff when necessary.

Maintain ethical clinical documentation, meeting insurance standards.

Complete necessary trainings to comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Ability to manage emotional situations professionally.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Proficiency in relevant computer software.

Preferred Experience Qualifications:

2+ years of direct clinical practice post-licensure.

Education:

Master’s degree in Social Work.

Clinical Social Work License (PA).
