Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a Billing Coordinator for their office in Dublin, OH. This position will focus on client billing in the construction industry so each invoice is unique and requires pulling the information for labor and material as well as contract terms to properly invoice. Strong communication is needed for this role will work with the Project Managers as well other departments.
Duties:
Prepare monthly client invoices based on contracts
Calculate invoices based on materials and labor used
Research invoice discrepancies
Communicate with project managers to get appropriate billing information
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience including billing
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with formulas and pivot tables in Excel
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
