Custodians/Building Maintenance Worker JobID: 5071 Position Type: Maintenance/Facilities/BMW/Custodial Date Posted: 8/10/2023 Location: District Date Available: When filled Closing Date: When filled Additional Information: Show/Hide Description: *Full-time positions available with health benefits *May float between multiple locations as assigned *Under direction of Crew Supervisor, Head Custodian or Night Lead, cleans rooms, offices, cafeterias, halls, gymnasiums, laboratories, auditoriums, health offices and bathrooms *May assist in making minor repairs to buldings or equipment *Other duties as assigned Qualifications: *High school diploma or GED preferred *Must be able to lift 75 lbs *Must be able to stand for long periods of time *Must be a self starter, work independently and take direction from supervisor *Must be able to climb ladders and do strenuous work such as moving furniture, shoveling snow, etc.

Salary Range: $31,200.-$32,700.
