Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Superintendent to execute project plans effectively.

Assist in managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Address any issues related to finished units, including repairs, touch-ups, and enhancements.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, safety records, and progress reports.

Support the overall success of the construction team.

Qualifications

Experience : Previous experience in construction or related field preferred.

Adaptability : Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.

Initiative : Demonstrated drive and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Bonus : Performance-based bonus structure
