If the answer is yes - then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our exclusive team based in our Folkestone Kingsmead Warehouse.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely administration and management of inbound/outbound deliveries, vehicle fleet, and all related documentation. You will also provide support to the Warehouse Operations Manager in relation to Warehouse Stock Control activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain the timed booking-in procedure with suppliers

Process goods movements advised by 3rd party storage providers

Administer and control stock transactions for Returns/Rejects to vendor

Assist in the investigation and administration resulting from Cycle Count checks

Maintain accurate records of all data/documentation related to the vehicle fleet maintenance and contracts

We are seeking a candidate with a strong educational background and a range of skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be competent in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as have experience using SAP. Effective communication skills, both verbally and written, are essential, along with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. A solid understanding of volumes and vehicle loading techniques is required, as well as a good level of knowledge in vehicle fleet maintenance and vehicle servicing. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent telephone skills and demonstrate a professional manner. If you meet these qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this position.

This role works 39 hours per week Monday-Friday.
