The Sr. Director, Network Operations will lead forecasting and quality for the provider and pharmacy Network at CoverMyMeds. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic forecasting models and ensuring the resilience of our Network with a focus on growth and retention across all medication access services. The leader will partner with cross-segment and cross-enterprise teams to deeply understand the ever-evolving healthcare technology landscape and execute against mitigation plans where risk is identified.

The Sr. Director, Network Operations will be an expert in the healthcare ecosystem and have a demonstrated ability to understand and develop strategies that grow a multi-sided network.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic forecasting: Accountable for PA volume forecasting, in partnership with finance, data, and analytic teams who development robust forecasting models that anticipate market trends and can quickly adapt to industry and business changes. Deeply understand the levers that move the business and know when and how to pull them.

Network resilience: Analyze and act on market insights that impact healthcare. Connects with customer success teams to align payer, provider, and pharmacy objectives

Risk mitigation: Identify, assess and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with information security, regulatory compliance, industry standards, product quality and other factors impacting the health and stability of the Network

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross function teams including finance, technology, compliance, analytics, product, and commercial to align forecasting and risk management strategies with overall business/strategic objectives while broadly championing the network integrity across the business

Leadership: Build and grow a team of people that are known for delivering exceptional results. Provide mentorship that helps others make well-informed and balanced strategic decisions that ensure long-term health of the network. Growth: Integrate healthcare insights using internal and external datasets (Symphony, IQVIA and other sets) to create new data models to help shape our strategy, ensuring our business remains ahead of the curve and addressing industry challenges. Discovering and capitalizing on new and existing Intersection of value across the network.

Qualifications

12+ years of healthcare business experience with deep understanding of growing healthcare networks

5-7 years of leadership experience, in a comparable organization

Critical Skills

Excellent business acumen and ability to move and evolve with the fast-changing needs of the company

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with a track record of leveraging market insights for strategic decision-making

Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality internal and external stakeholders

Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams

Proven ability to influence key stakeholders as well as drive meaningful change and innovation

Proven ability to succeed in a highly matrixed organization

Exceptional ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners

Demonstrated expertise in debating network decisions, weighing pros and cons and ensuring that recommendations align with overarching strategic goals

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$145,100 - $241,900
