management, aircraft division & holding company

Main focus on IES of Ohio, probably 60% of the time

Oversee company funds to ensure each company can function properly

Manage and oversee all financial affairs

Maintain financial consistency

Banking, ACH payments, transfers

General ledger account reconciliation monthly

Preparation of financials

Consolidations of P & L's

Financial forecasting & cash flow planning

Intercompany transfers and allocations

Coordinating external financial audits with CPA

Coordinating Insurance audits

Coordinating Workers Compensation insurance audits

Interact with the Controllers of all the companies

Reports to numerous members of management and ownership
