Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-Data Quality & Reporting Analyst-Master Data Management

In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to Product master data domain as Data Analyst who performs Data cleansing, matching and enrichment. This role will be reporting to the manager of MDM. The resource will be working with a cross functional team and will maintain, analyse, execute requests with utmost quality with eye for details with good experience in MDM- Product master. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities

• Research product information from OEM and other online resources.

• Provide professional level communication to sales teams & possibly retail partners for variety of business issues, including but not limited to: problems with customer file and/or questions/problems/opportunity to improve the product mapping outcome

• Support issue resolution as required.

• Highlight and take appropriate help from the Lead on SOP deviations or issues

• Take independent ownership of performance against all the assigned Master data processes and key categories such as hierarchies.

• Plan and priorities the workload to ensure that all assignments are delivered accurately to meet specified timelines (planning)

• Ensure timely and accurate update of all master data records. Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time, every-time. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change. (timeliness)

• Be responsible for maintaining the SLA of each period and the delivery performance

• Ensure that all the reports are maintained and cleared on time

• Raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when there is an issue

• Participate in idea generation and improvement activities.

• Good knowledge of governing policies around customer data as per the area of work

• Update /maintain the departmental procedures (SOP’s) tools, and metrics for the master data team

• Identify gaps/missing information and coordinate with client stakeholders to fill those gaps

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

• Ensure all Data Quality KPIs, SLA (Key Performance Indicators) are met & Manage day to day operations in a way that there is no client surprises/escalations

• To monitor & analyse the team data quality & ensure overall DQ % should be less than 1% for each individual data stewards

• Plan and prioritize the workload with team to ensure that all the assigned tasks from client are delivered accurately to meet specified timelines (planning)

• Update /maintain the departmental procedures (SOP’s) tools, process maps and metrics for the master data team

• Ensure that the company’s master data business rules, policies and procedures are adhered.

• Identify gaps/missing information and coordinate with client stakeholders to fill those gaps

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate/MBA preferred, up to 6-8Y exp. in data management

• Good communication skills & handle business stakeholders and retail partner

• Able to perform complex and detailed data analysis and reporting.

• Excel and SQL data query experience required.

• Able to create Power BI and Excel cube reports.

• Hands on experience on MDM platform would be added advantage.

• Exposure to MDM tools especially on Product/Material Master

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Ability to define & solve problems, Collect Data, Establish facts

• High Energy Level

• Continuous improvement and process automation focus

• Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
