Chemical Loader
Description:
Ensuring that the vessel is secured and inspected at the loading rack.
Transferring product according to procedures.
Using basic math equations checking product / vessel weight to ensure limitations do not exceed.
Completing required paperwork prior to releasing the vessel.
Monitor and control process and adjust as needed to maintain quality of product and productivity expectation.
Sampling vessels if required by facility or customer.
Don personal protective equipment when handling materials, (Splash Suit, Face Shield, and or Full-face respirator.
Work overtime (nights and weekends) to complete customer orders on schedule.
May work with Wash Rack (Nights) cleaning and preparing railcars for loading.
Communicating with site leadership, team members and customer contacts.
Working in an open environment with adverse weather conditions. (Hot or freezing temperatures or rain)
Walking on uneven ground for an extended period.
