We are seeking a dedicated Import/Export Trade Analyst in Taiwan to support the rapidly growing business needs of NVIDIA's import and export activities operating in Asia Pacific region.

What You'll Be Doing:

The Import/Export Analyst will report to the Senior Logistics manager and will be responsible for overseeing the Asia Pacific region import/export daily operation and ensuring processes comply with all applicable import and export requirements. This position will work closely with IOR/EOR service provider, trade specialists in Operations and Global Trade Compliance to ensure smooth daily import and export activities. You will work under a busy, independent team with moderate supervision.

Support daily import and export activities to ensure smooth customs clearance of international shipments.

Coordinates product certifications with IOR providers and internal compliance team to ensure all products have the accurate import documents required by local Customs authorities.

Prepare customs clearance documents and write necessary explanation letters when required by customs.

Ensures appropriate import and export classifications (HS code, ECCN (Export Control Classification Number)), country of origin, and value information is reflected on transactions in which NVIDIA uses IOR/EOR service providers.

Participates in import and/or export compliance reviews and work with brokers/freight forwarders to ensure accurate declarations to government agencies.

Collects and reviews import/export documentation with Global Trade Compliance and leads any corrective actions for vendors/service providers.

Coordinates shipments between 3rd party warehouses, brokers/freight forwarders, internal partners, IOR/EOR service providers, 3rd party vendors, etc. while ensuring all compliance requirements & procedures are followed.

What We Need To See:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in logistics or trade compliance in a high-tech environment.

Experience in customs clearance

Solid understanding of international import/export & shipping processes.

Familiar with ECCN, HTS codes, and INCOTERMS.

Knowledge in import/export license application

Strong understanding of SAP and other IT systems.

Strong communication (verbal and written), strong problem solving, and time management skills are essential.
