About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Innovation and Design Practice Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading our innovation initiatives and leading a team of designers, strategists, and technologists to deliver exceptional digital solutions to our clients.

We’re looking for a talented Innovation and Design Practice lead who wants to:

Lead the innovation and design practice, setting the strategic direction and vision for the team.

Drive the ideation and development of innovative digital solutions that address our clients' business challenges and opportunities.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to design.

Partner with business development and sales teams to identify new opportunities and develop compelling proposals and pitches.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and guidance on leveraging digital innovation to drive business success.

Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the practice.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Act as a thought leader in the fields of innovation, design thinking, and emerging technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

The base salary for this role will be between $175,000 -$225,000 per annum plus bonus.

For this role, we will consider candidates based in New York, Ohio and Texas, as well as other locations: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

About You

You’ll bring extensive innovation and design experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles. You will be comfortable developing and strengthening peer-to-peer level relationships at all levels with our clients.

Ideally, you will have as much of the following experience as possible:

Proven track record of leadership in a design or innovation role, within a consulting or agency environment.

Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the development and delivery of digital solutions.

Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply them in a business context.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Passion for staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
