Purpose of the Job This role is to chase samples on daily basis and get it tagged with respective style code.

Ensuring that MRN for all the products should be done on time in the system and receipts for them gets shared with respective stake holders.

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent Process Responsibilities Timely MRN of the products in Navision Maintaining samples records Catalogue sheet preparation on daily basis Arranging samples for photo-shoot Conduct photography and check quality of images received from photographs Samples movements / Receiving and dispatch GRN confirmation in MJ People Management Responsibilities None Financial Responsibilities None Key Behavioral competencies required to perform this role Essential Attention to details Raising Productivity/ Planning & Organizing Collaboration and team work Desirable Communication Initiative Problem solving / analytical skills Key Technical competencies required to perform this role Essential Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Must) Good written English skills Knowledge of cataloguing Desirable Prior experience in catalogue management role Key Performance Indicators Timely MRN of the products Maintaining samples records Catalogue sheet preparation on daily basis Arranging samples for photo-shoot The candidate would have to interact and manage the following stakeholders Warehouse & third party vendors.

In order to be considered for the role the ideal candidate would have: Advance knowledge in excel & ERP Should understand back-end management Knowledge of HTML Should have some knowledge in photography Preferably from garments industry
