Our business includes the processing of nuts (cashews & almonds), spices, Coffee, Dairy, Cocoa with leadership positions in all the products with 7 manufacturing sites & offices pan India with total employee strength of over 3000 employees.

Overview of the position

We are seeking a Country Head of Sales in India for our applications and solutions sales to develop the sales strategies and distribution network. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement the sales strategy to maximise customer value and profitability of ofi businesses. The incumbent will have a commercially focused mindset & drive P&L accountability. He / She also has the opportunity to grown & scale up across other regions within India on successful execution of India Mkt. The individual will report to Business Head of India .

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for setting up & running of distribution team in India across categories. Managing National Accounts of hotel chains.

Develop short- and long-term plans to deliver organizational objectives of profit growth, market share growth for existing markets, coverage of new markets and sustaining share through launching new products.

Give advice on improving and strengthening organizational sale strategies for Ingredient solutions, including sales values and price strategies.

Identify new business opportunities within current, new, and potential geographic areas and markets.

Development and implementation of a sales strategy for Ingredient solutions including sales volumes/values and pricing strategy.

Liaise and meet with potential customers to understand their requirements.

Develop short- and long-term plans to grow long-lasting relationships that address clients and customers’ problems and needs.

Potential to grow to cover other regions subject to performance delivery

Experience, Qualification and Skills

Relevant degree (e.g., business / food science) Food technician (preferred)

8-10 years in HORECA sales within a large, complex food processing, manufacturing or food service company

Experience in setting up distribution Channels / networks and managing P&L accountability

Entrepreneurial Mindset
