V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Program Manager 5/ PM5 / Data Analytics Solution Manager) for our premier client in Columbus, Ohio.

Education and Experience "

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role.

Proven experience in designing and implementing logical and physical data models.

Experience with data governance frameworks and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "

In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and data management concepts.

Expertise in master data management principles and best practices.

Strong understanding of data quality methodologies and data cleansing techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement logical and physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.

Develop and enforce data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of ODA's data and ensure smooth exchange.

Lead the development and implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.

Map data flows between various systems and applications to optimize data movement and minimize errors.

Champion and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data security, privacy, and accessibility within ODA and when collaborating.

Stay abreast of emerging data management trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within ODA and for enhancing collaboration.
