We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself and STG. On our team, you will have the support to excel at work and the resources to build an exciting career.

What you'll do:

Take ownership of container per diem compliance from invoice to resolution.

Routinely meet with terminals to identify opportunities to limit our container and chassis per diem exposure.

Engage with customers and terminals on billing disputes raised by customers.

Engage Regional VPs if deadlines are not being met or documentation is consistently insufficient.

Distribute reporting to terminals, Regional VPs, and any other invested parties.

Work closely with FP&A and Accounting on outstanding disputes, collectability, and risk.

Be the lead on month end accounting accruals for Non-Dray financials. This includes Storage, Demurrage, Container Per Diem, and Tolls.

Analyze financials daily. Become the point of contact for Non-Dray projections, and how they relate to budget and actual. What you'll have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.

3 years of logistics or transportation experience.

Experience in Microsoft Excel required.

Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to identify financial trends and variances month over month.

Willingness to go dive into the details to determine root causes for trends and variances.
