The Property Engineer manage the day to day operations of the building for commercial, office and/or residential. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.
Oversee implementation of effective and consistent building/equipment PM programs
Assist the Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure the safety of residents and property
Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project
Implement Energy- conservation and cost-savings measures while monitoring utility consumption of common areas
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Preferably a board passer
With at least 2-5 years relevant experience in Building Maintenance Operations preferably in High Rise Buildings Residential or Mix-used Commercial Center
Basic accounting skills, can forecast budget and monitor expenditures
Technical skills in design and installation
Knowledge in construction/ maintenance
Customer orientation
Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
Negotiating skills
Good both oral and written communications
Willing to work on Monday to Saturday
Shifting schedules depending on project requirements
Can start as soon as possible.
