HR Generalist

Providence Medical Group is currently recruiting an experienced HR Generalist to support one of Dayton's largest physician owned groups. You'll be working with Providence Medical Groups corporate administrative team in a supportive, professional work environment; while you enjoy excellent benefits and opportunity for career growth.

The HR Generalist performs various duties including: recruiting, new hire orientation, personnel policy development, payroll and administering employee benefits and FMLA programs. Knowledge of Windows suite and ADP Workforce now preferred.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 3-5 years equivalent combination of education and experience as a human resources professional is required. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
