Dispatcher

Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. Our corporate headquarters, located in Dublin OH, is looking for a Dispatcher to be responsible for scheduling, organizing, and monitoring activities of our fleet and equipment while off premises.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for the dispatching of vehicles and equipment and assigning the right crew to the right job in a timely manner. Provide unparalleled customer service, collect data, paperwork, and payment. The Dispatcher will drive company business through effectively coordinating a team effort and provide technical support in branch operations.

Requirements

Must be available to work Saturdays

Strong knowledge of computer systems

Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Maintain communication and ensure employees have adequate knowledge and resources to accomplish assigned duties

Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

Administrative work (answering phones, filing and data input)
