Join our innovative team at 3E as the Senior Product Manager (Interoperability). This role focuses on defining and constructing a shared platform crucial for customer product data integration across the entire 3E application suite.

You will spearhead the development of this platform, which is vital for our compliance, stewardship, workplace safety, and supply chain management products.

The platform is instrumental in adhering to emerging regulations that require distributed and persistent records for the full life-cycle management of products and materials.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating platform development strategies with a focus on interoperability across our portfolio to enhance product and service delivery.

You will be responsible for pioneering the use of AI and blockchain technologies within the platform to ensure a robust, verifiable, and immutable record-keeping system that aligns with modern compliance standards.

This individual contributor role has significant potential to evolve into a leadership position as we expand our product management team.

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of data interoperability within a leading technology environment.

Location: Remote (preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone)

What You'll Do

Lead the strategy, development, and maintenance of the Digital Passport Library's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with 3E’s suite of solutions.

Collaborate with content and engineering teams to outline execution plans, define epics, high-level data models, and product storyboards to drive consistent development across platforms.

Champion the strategic vision for innovative solutions that leverage platform interoperability, enhancing the cross-sell and up-sell potential of 3E solutions.

Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and the regulatory landscape. Integrate insights into strategic product planning, prioritization, and pricing strategies.

Act as a product evangelist to internal and external stakeholders, engaging with clients through visits, advisory boards, conferences, and other avenues to gather insights that inform strategy and product development.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

At least 8 years in B2B product management or similar roles focused on data products, services, data science, or AI technologies.

At least 2 years in a leadership position within a product management team.

Strong background in SaaS product development, including API services and User Interface design.

Expertise in interoperability, data modeling, data governance, and implementing SCRUM/Agile development methodologies.

Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with stakeholders and teams.

Preferred:

MBA or MS in Engineering

Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) services, Product Stewardship, Supply Chain Management, ESG scoring, or Product Compliance

Experience working in high-growth organizations

The anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000-$150,000. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and/or equity depending on the position offered.
