Responsibilities for the Drain Technician:

Respond promptly to service calls to diagnose and resolve drain and sewer line issues.

Utilize drain cleaning equipment such as snakes, hydro-jetting machines, and augers to clear blockages.

Conduct sewer line inspections using cameras to identify the source of problems and recommend solutions.

Provide accurate estimates for services and obtain customer approval before beginning work.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the problem and recommend solutions.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed and materials used.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Collaborate with team members and management to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Drain Technician:

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in drain cleaning.

No license needed!

Sales experience highly preferred.

Knowledge of plumbing systems and drain cleaning equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
