Hours: Varies from 6am-3pm (Friday-Sunday)

JOB OVERVIEW: To attend to the daily functions of the Timber Banks Clubhouse Bridal Suite and ballroom set up needs and to provide information and assistance to guests and vendors as requested. To ensure that the daily food and beverage service in the Bridal Suite and vendor set up requirements is maintained and served to brand standards.

REPORTS TO: Banquet Floor Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the bridal suite.

2. Greet vendors and provide policies for the property along with pre-selected set up needs.

3. Assist event planners with day of set up needs.

4. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

7. Deliver all food & beverage needs based on banquet event order.

8. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.

The safety and security of our guests and team members is of utmost importance to Timber Banks Clubhouse. Every team member should adhere to the properties security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.

Experience

Required

1 - 3 years: Experience in customer service and or restaurant service is preferred.
