Job Description
A local property management company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their busy, growing team. This role is responsible for assisting the personnel function within company, including compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel, interviewing and special projects.
This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with pay starting at $32/hour. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. This position is fully on-site.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of the employee benefit programs like health plans, life insurance plans, pre-tax benefits, and 401(k) Employee Savings Plan to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Assist with Worker’s Comp claims and running investigations
Maintain accurate computerized personnel information by adding, updating and deleting data on HRIS in a timely manner.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, employee handbooks and/or job descriptions
