Electrical Service Manager - EOE
RESPONSIBILITIES: Included but not limited to:
Responsible for the efficient operation of the service department
Service call requests and dispatch service technicians (may require you to personally evaluate and address emergency service issues)
Maintain open and positive communication with employees, customers and vendors
Survey and prepare service work estimates
Enter service work orders
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and provide job costing
Requisition materials and equipment for service calls and small projects
Prepare billing for service calls upon work completion
Review weekly timesheets for accuracy
Prepare paperwork for submission for permits to appropriate cities
Schedule inspections and be present for inspections when needed
Expediate, track and receive deliveries for vendors for job purchases
Coordinate materials and equipment for day to day operations

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Electrical License for Connecticut
OSHA 10
Minimum 3 years construction experience
Clean and insurable drivers license
Ability to interpret blueprints
Knowledge of NEC Code
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Clean background check
Effective communications skills
Organizational Skills
