Rental Sales Coordinator (Base Commission)

Job Description

Do you have a drive and a hunger for sales? Are you tired of working nights and weekend? The Rental Sales Coordinator position is responsible with the coordination and processing of rental sales!

Hours will be 6:45am-5:15pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a working knowledge competitor’s practices and rental rates

Reconcile electronic charge transactions

Schedule, dispatch, and route vehicles for the transport of equipment and products

Foster customer relations to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction

Answer telephones and direct calls to correct individuals or departments

Responsibility for maintaining inventory control and security

Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment

Coordinate with shop staff regarding repair status and availability of equipment

Develop sales proposals and/or presentations from customer inquiries

Support sales staff demonstration and sales agreements.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

College degree (business, sales, construction) preferred.

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability

Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes, Web-browsers, and must be able to develop functional ability in the use of proprietary software.
