COMPANY BACKGROUND

The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), was created by and for members and operates as a member-owned 501(c)(6), not-for-profit entity. FS-ISAC serves as a bi-directional information and intelligence organization leading the financial services sector efforts to protect against and mitigate as-needed cyber and physical threats and incidents against financial firms. FS-ISAC is headquartered in the US, with offices in the UK and Singapore.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Member Engagement team is the main point of contact for FS-ISAC members and is responsible for creating and maintaining member relationships as well as increasing engagement. The Partner Programs Manager will build long-term relationships with the Affiliate member category. Affiliates are the industry partners and vendors that are part of the ecosystem. This position will enable and promote Affiliate engagement, monitor their engagement, a key predictor of renewal longevity, and support the strategic work they can do to drive results that benefit the sector. The Partner Programs Manager is a self-starter, understands the business processes, enjoys helping members, open to learning about cybersecurity vendors, and is an enthusiastic team player.

ESSENTIAL

Serves as the point of contact for Affiliate members, including developing and maintaining relationships.

Responsible for Affiliate member retention.

Leads onboarding, platform demonstrations, and ongoing user implementation of Affiliate members

Increases the engagement of Affiliate members, identifies and intervenes with At-Risk accounts

Works in salesforce – updates data as necessary, utilizes functions to track member touches, and relies on data to provide reliable information about each Affiliate.

Assist member development team in bringing new collaboration opportunities to Affiliate

Supports and facilitates the Sector Advisors, which includes additional benefits and engagement opportunities.

Connects Affiliate members with appropriate Community of Interest (COI) leaders to maximize collaboration with FS-ISAC FI.

Work closely with sponsorship business development staff to support after-sales relationships as needed.

Written communication – Business writing is clear and; able to read and interpret written information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant member or customer service experience

Experience in an association environment, financial sector, or cyber security is highly desired

Working experience with Salesforce, Office 365, SharePoint, and virtual meetings platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, GoTo)

Familiarity with the Cyber Defense Matrix is a plus.
