Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting with policy-related questions.

Policy Management: Assist in managing client policies, ensuring accuracy, and making necessary updates.

Assist in Sales: Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve common goals and deliver outstanding service to clients.
