Student Teller

Job Description

Are you a motivated high school or college student looking for a professional work opportunity with flexible hours? Do you enjoy interacting with people in a collaborative team environment? Kohler Credit Union is looking for responsible, outgoing students to become Tellers at our West Bend Meijer location. This position will assist our members with a variety of financial transactions and work up to 20 hours per week throughout your school year.

Pay starts at $13.00/hour, no experience necessary. Hours can be after school until close and Saturdays 10am-3pm throughout the school year.

A Day in the Life as a Teller

As a teller, you arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide world-class service to our members. You cheerfully greet members at the teller counter, at the drive-thru window, or on the telephone. You enjoy developing and nurturing relationships with our members as you serve them.

You stay busy as you efficiently process routine financial transactions for our members such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments. You also help them reach their goals by promoting helpful credit union products and services to them. You also maintain a cash drawer with all proper controls, vouchers, receipts, security, proofs, etc., ensuring it balances at the end of each shift.

You enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team, and are engaged in your school community, but most of all you love serving our members and go home after each shift feeling great about the work you've done!

Qualifications

Work Schedule

As a Teller you will have the ability to work at a Kohler Credit Union Branch located inside the West Bend Meijer store, for up to 20 hours per week between Monday through Saturday, as your school schedule allows.
