Executive Quality - Packaging & IPQC

Responsible for analysis of Packaging material (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary & so on) as per approved Artworks/Specification/standards/Limits samples and release in QAD software.

Responsible for Implementation of Critical process control parameters as per SOP (Cleaning and sanitization, Change Control protocol, Line clearance etc.) and provide training to shopfloor personnel.

Responsible for In Process Quality control and terminal inspection of Finished goods and timely release in QAD software.

Adhere to QMS requirements and ensure GMP, GHK/HKI at shopfloor.

Responsible to keep Control samples of finish goods and maintain record.

Responsible for timely calibration of packaging lab Instruments.

Responsible for SOP preparation and trainings at shop floor.

Any other tasks may be assigned by the superiors.
