Job Description Summary: Utilize evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to assess and reassess nutrition risk, malnutrition status, and identify nutrition needs.

Develop and implement nutrition care plans to support oral and/or parenteral and enteral feeding regimens.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives/committees.

Provide nutrition counseling to patients and families as warranted.

Participate in multidisciplinary and interdepartmental collaboration and education.
