Join OutPLEX as a Forecasting Analyst and leverage your analytical skills to enhance our decision-making processes. You will be instrumental in developing forecasting models that drive strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilizing statistical modeling techniques to develop accurate forecasts for sales, demand, or other relevant metrics.

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and align forecasts with strategic objectives.

Presenting forecasting results to management and providing recommendations based on analysis.

Monitoring forecast accuracy and adjusting as necessary to improve performance.

Working with cross-functional teams to incorporate market trends and business insights into forecasting models.

Offer guidance to our workforce analysts team members to better schedule offline activities.

Candidate Profile/Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in workforce management within a call center environment.

Proficient in Excel, Power Query and DAX for data analysis and manipulation.

Experience in AWS and Tableau.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to excel in a remote work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred but not required.
