**Job Description:**

**Apex Systems is assisting one of their reputable logistics clients in filling their Deskside Support Technician position.

This is a contract to hire and the contract will be 6 months with conversion contingent on performance.**

***Must sit onsite in **WestJefferson, Ohio**and be able to work directly on ApexsW2***

Schedule: M-Friday; fully onsite

Requirements:

- 2+ years of Desktop/Helpdesk Support in warehouse/manufacturing environment

- Experience with installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment, as well asbuilding, deploying and troubleshooting desktop computers in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 escalated technical issues

- Maintain and manage workload through computerized ITSM ticketing and tracking system (ServiceNow)

- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients and mobile devices

- Use SCCM, PowerShell, Active Directory and other diagnostic and remediation utilities to identify, diagnose and correct issues

- Support, troubleshoot and train end users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 email and Outlook

**Nice to Haves: Active Directory, ServiceNow, worked with RF Devices in warehouse environment**
