Responsibilities:

Support the security and compliance department by assisting with administrative tasks and fulfilling assigned activities under the guidance of the security supervisor.

Ensure proper document versioning and control for security and compliance documents, create, and update records and maintain up to date data in all the security portals.

Support the Security Excellence Center (SEC) on security related subjects such as alarms, issues, and incidents.

Manage visitors, switch board phone calls, paging requests and compliance and security-related correspondence (e-mail, Teams, letters, postal, couriers etc.).

Support SMACS operations, Trash door opening and closing, loading dock external gate control, loading dock driver identification, and verification.

Coordinate Security Control Room/Reception activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies and other regulatory requirements (PCI CPP).

Assist, host security integrators of Access Control System, Intrusion Alarm System, and CCTV system for compliance or security and participate and support during bi-annual security system maintenance.

Complete any other tasks that are related to Access Control, CCTV, Intruder alarms, Security Incidents, or Fire Alarm and issue temporary access cards or physical keys as required.

Support SEC/Security Supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve loading dock and SMACS and any other security system issues.

Ensure SCR/Reception operations are uninterrupted during 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Create tickets for Security Excellence Centre (SEC) support as and when required.

Manage security orientation training, maintain employee files and security portal records and complete tasks in security portal as needed by security supervisor.

Support the troubleshooting and resolving of security system issues, including support during emergencies and out of office-hours.

Qualifications:

Should have high school diploma.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, visitors, and employees.

Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.

Time management skills to prioritize and complete various tasks throughout the day.

Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively all visitors and employees.

Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all visitors, such as being presentable and attentive.

Good understanding & knowledge of various windows programs like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
