About the Park:

Cross Creek Camping Resort - Delaware, OH. 43015 - Located in Columbus, Ohio, our RV Park offers campers an opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors, while having some of the comforts of home. Our property provides ample privacy to relax and enjoy life.About the Job:

We are looking for talented candidates who are well-rounded maintenance pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. In this Part-Time position, you will be responsible for taking on a variety of projects throughout the park.

Maintain the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations

Perform general maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping as needed

Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management

Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping as requested by management

Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks and pool area including painting and power washing

Collect trash and yard waste

Maintain swimming pool and pool area

Dispense propane

Maintain company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairing as needed)

Work on special projects as requestedExperience/Skills Required:

At least 1 year of maintenance experience across the trades required

Highschool graduate or GED required

A sense of energy, integrity, dependability and personal responsibility

Dedication to serving customers and a job well done

Proficient with hand tools and power equipment

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to become CPO

Gas Dispenser License or willingness to obtain license

Knowledge and experience with basic plumbing and electrical systems

Must be able to work some weekends

Must be within commuting distance to the Park and have reliable transportationPhysical Requirements:

Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach Able to work outdoors throughout the year Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outsideBenefits:
