Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Ability to consistently hand-string lacrosse head models in a timely manner, meeting daily production output expectations.

Visually inspect and identify possible damage or defects to heads and/or strings and determine the necessary corrective actions.

Maintain high standards of quality in stringing various head models, detect errors as they occur, and bring discrepancies and errors to the immediate attention of the supervisor.

Contribute to a team environment by participating in cross training to support other areas of production.

Collaborate with other team members on stringing methods to improve efficiency and quality.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide input and feedback for improvements.

Assist in training new workers.

Follow all prescribed safety and housekeeping guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in stringing lacrosse heads.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Previous successful experience in assembly, manufacturing, shipping & receiving, or other related factory activities is preferred.

Ability to read, communicate, and comprehend written and verbal procedures and instructions.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

Physical surroundings are typical of a paint shop operation environment, including frequent exposure to toxic chemicals. This role involves the following physical demands on a regular basis:

Physical surroundings typical of manufacturing assembly-line environment.

Positioning self to perform required tasks up to 7 hours out of 8 hours per day.

Remaining in a stationary position up to 7 hours out of 8 hours per day.

Steadily and carefully manipulate tools and materials up to 7 hours out of 8 hours per day.

Must be able to transport and maneuver materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
