Job Duties:

Develop and manage the pharmacy budget, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness.

Provide strategic leadership to the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management and patient outcomes.

Implement and oversee clinical programs that enhance patient safety and improve medication-related outcomes.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify area for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Virginia

3 or moreyears previous pharmacy management experience

3 or more years hospital pharmacy experience
