Position Overview:

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's corporate legal team. You will be responsible for assisting attorneys in various aspects of corporate transactions, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing corporate records, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.

Conducting through legal research and analysis to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy.

Managing corporate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assisting with due diligence processes for corporate transactions.

Providing administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining correspondence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.

2+ years of experience working as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
