Title: HR Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee the human resources function in our medium-sized educational institution. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our HR processes, policies, and programs to ensure the effective functioning of the institution's workforce.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the institution's goals and objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives.

Forecast HR needs and plan for recruitment, training, and talent development.

2. Recruitment and Selection:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching positions.

Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Ensure a fair and efficient selection process, including screening, interviewing, and finalizing job offers.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote effective communication.

4. Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Coordinate with internal and external trainers to deliver training sessions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

5. Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.

Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Make data-driven recommendations for enhancing HR practices and processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar HR leadership role.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
