Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. - Depending on Experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday - 7:30AM-5PM- with nights and weekends on an as needed basis

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of residential service experience
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must pass drug and background screens
EPA Universal Required
NATE certification preferred or willing to get it within a year of being hired
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Knowledge of electrical and refrigerant principles
Ability to lay out and install refrigerant piping
Ability to layout and install low-voltage wiring
Diagnose, repair, and provide maintenance on a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment without supervision
HVAC building code compliance
Basic sheet metal practices
Advanced troubleshooting techniques
Operation of scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
Calculate equipment efficiency
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Advanced customer service skills
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School preferred
