We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility. You will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Motivating and providing guidance to production staff

Ensuring all safety and health standards are met by the production team

Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production (i.e. machines)

Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime

Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations

Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team

Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality

Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
