Responsibilities 职责

1. Oversee account management and operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts2. Drive business growth with a sense of urgency through complete ownership for all assigned accounts3. Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each customer by overcoming obstacles, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit4. Develop new business and pipeline opportunities by deep understanding of customer needs and timely delivering our solutions5. Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting customer relationships

Qualifications 要求

Required Yrs Exp: >5yr experience

Required Education: Bachelor or above with engineering background

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Self motivated with strong drives2. Fluent in Japanese3. Demonstrate strong capabilities in influence others4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills5. Critical thinking, ability to prioritize among competing tasks6. >5 years experience in engineer materials and automotive industries

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Self motivated with strong drives2. Fluent in Japanese3. Demonstrate strong capabilities in influence others4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills5. Excellent negotation skills6.
