Job Responsibilities:

To develop and lead a strong team of dedicated professionals

Analyze and interpret all data to maximize revenues

Be innovative and creative regarding product and procedure to streamline the operation

Build a culture of development within the department and inter departmental cooperation

Implement and participate in raising the profile of the company brand

Job Requirements:

Proven managerial track record with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Poker Room senior management

Business Degree or equivalent preferred

Cantonese, English and some Mandarin preferred

Strong communication, customer and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and mentoring skills
