Contracts Analyst

As a Contracts Analyst, you will join the Contracts Management Group and work with the purchasing and project teams to support the overall successful bid and buyout process for our projects.

Responsibilities

● Develop strong positive and productive working relationships with purchasing and project teams

● Review, assemble, and process subcontracts

● Review budgets from purchasing and project teams and input into our internal system

● Maintain and update budgets through completion of the purchasing process

● Interface regularly with senior management, Risk Management, Legal, and Central Business Partner Group

Basic Qualifications

● 2+ years of related experience

● Basic understanding of the construction industry and subcontract agreements

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Well organized and detail-oriented

● Self-starter and able to work independently
