Salary Range: $20 - $23 / hour DOE
Front Desk Administrator Requirements:
1-2 years of office, admin, or receptionist experience
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new software or systems
Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and patience
Outgoing, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Legal experience (paralegal, legal assistant, public sector, or court system) is preferred
Familiarity with MS Office and Adras (internal software) is preferred
Front Desk Administrator Responsibilities:
Greet and assist attorneys and their clients, ensuring a smooth check-in process and proper room assignments
Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and handle mail processing
Organize and process legal documents within our internal system
Set up conference rooms and manage virtual meetings for effective collaboration
Handle general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies
Support staff with document printing and coordinating lunch orders as needed
Coordinate with mediators and retired judges to facilitate arbitration and mediation sessions
Monitor conference room usage and ensure readiness for meetings or events
