Windsor Windows & Doors is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic candidate for our next Director of Sales. This person will lead a team of sales professionals who are responsible for growing Windsor Window & Door’s market share within the B2B trade industry. This outgoing and personable sales professional will become the face of our brand, have a clear vision for our company’s future, and will energize and inspire our sales staff.

Primary Requirements

Possesses extensive knowledge of the window and door industry and have experience in millwork and building material channels.

Holds a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

Demonstrates the highest level of honesty and integrity.

Exemplifies superior leadership and communication skills.

Achieves sales goals and financial growth by coaching and developing our sales team.

Increases market share by reinforcing existing customer relationships and nurturing new customer relationships.

Exhibits confidence making product presentation and speaking in public.

Travels nationwide 30% to 50% days out of the year.

Manages multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Resides near our divisional headquarters located in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Joins the company’s leadership team and will report directly to the president of the company.
