Senior Network and System Administrator

I am currently sourcing candidates for a direct-hire Senior Network and Computer System Administrator position that will be onsite in Washington, DC. This candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with networking and system administration and an active TS SCI.

Skills Required

1. TS SCI clearance – active

2. Must have at least one of these certs: MC365, MCSA, or Microsoft Windows 10

3. Installing, configuring, and supporting the networks and systems – LAN/WAN

4. Network security measures

5. 5 years of experience (minimum)

Job Description

o Responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting an organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.

o Be able to monitor the network to ensure network availability to all system users and system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.

o Must monitor and test website performance to ensure all are operating correctly and without interruption.

o Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
