Director, Small Business Advisory

Our client, a non-profit in Washington DC, is currently seeking a Director of Small Business Advisory to join their team. The incumbent will manager two relationship advisors and will service small business and entrepreneurs in the DC area.

Responsibilities

Provide financial solutions for small businesses

Target clients are low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs

Must be involved the community

Attend networking events, luncheons and conferences

Record client data and report to appropriate parties as instructed in our customer relationship management system

Qualifications

Experience in the financial services industry

Prior management experience is required

Strong accounting, finance and/or economic knowledge

Experience in community development

Passion for helping low/moderate income, diverse and other underserved entrepreneurs
