My client is a well-established Professional Services firm located in downtown Washington, D.C. with an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and Executive office, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting prep, and other tasks. The Executive Assistant will join a very fast-paced and creative environment and must have experience managing complex logistics, preparing PowerPoint slide presentations, and liaising between various departments and stakeholders. The Executive Assistant must have 5 years’ experience in a similar role and administrative professionals with a background in membership associations are highly encouraged to apply. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
Calendar management, scheduling, and managing all itinerary coordination in MS Outlook
Planning logistics for travel arrangements, domestic and international
Assisting with preparing PowerPoint presentations for clients
Managing changing schedules efficiently
Overseeing special projects, including planning events and engagements
Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison on behalf of CEO
Editing and proofreading documents in MS Word

Requirements:
BS/BA degree
5 years experience in administrative support of senior leadership
Calendar management experience, proficient in MS Outlook
Candidates with membership association experience are highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
