Mental Health PRN Therapist

Salary Information: $40 - $45 per hour

Location: Various clinics throughout the DC Metro Area

Minimum 10 hours per week, max 30 hours

Variable Schedule

Multi-Site (Vienna, Cabin John, Rockville, Ashburn)

Part-Time Temporary (Minimum 3 months)

Manageable caseloads that allow for establishing good rapport with clients.

Qualifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Associate level clinicians, or equivalent.

Ideal candidate licensed in both Maryland and Virginia.

A passion for counseling teens and young adults.

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

Ability to incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.

Experience in an outpatient (IOP/PHP) setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities (preferred)

Ability to pass a state background check

Preferred - Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Preferred - One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.

Preferred - Multilingual candidates.
