Sr. Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with a Professional Engineering license to join our team for a full-time position in a relaxed environment with flexible work schedules in our Mt. Vernon, Indiana office.

Responsibilities:

Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years heavy industrial (power and control experience).

Power distribution design (15kV and below).

Instrumentation and controls design.

Electrical equipment specification.

Working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC).

Preparation of written scopes of work for project bidding.

Project engineering budgeting/total installed cost estimation (preferred).

Fault/coordination/arc flash analysis using NFPA 70E (preferred).

PLC/HMI programming, field start-up and troubleshooting (preferred).

Good communications skills, both oral and written, are required.

Required Education and License:

BS in Electrical Engineering

PE License in the State of Indiana.
