About the role

The incumbent should do financial analysis of periodic performance and give timely and correct information which will help in proper decision making, area of improvement. This will help to achieve organizational growth at Godrej Industries Ltd - Chemicals business.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation of Capital Expense Proposal.

Analysis of Sales like product wise, product group wise, customer wise, country wise, Region wise, Lost sales, lost order, Growth etc.

Analysis of Contribution like product wise, product group wise, customer wise, country wise, Region wise, Factory wise etc.

Analysis of Product Cost o Break up of Cost of Production into RM, Conversion Cost, Selling Cost, Admin Cost etc. : Further Break up of Factory Conversion cost, selling cost, admin cost, Comparing actuals with norms, Variance

Budget and Target working for Annual operating plan.

Monthly Target and comparing with Actuals with analysis of variance.

Preparing product cost and costing PL on monthly basis.

Understand SAP architecture and leverage SAP for financial analysis.

Implementing analytical tool which will help in analysis.

Any other financial analysis and projects

Who are we looking for

Education:

CA / CMA / CFA

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.

Skills:

Knowledge of analysis of cost and profits.

Knowledge of Product Cost.

SAP knowledge of FI & CO module.

Strong acumen in organizing, analyzing, synthesizing, visualizing and/or summarizing data using appropriate methodologies.

Strong Communication & interpersonal skills.

Innovative thinking & proactive approach.

Business Analysis.
